GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of digital products (eBooks in PDF/ePub format) via the ÉDITIONS VANHOOK website.

Article 2: Price and Payment

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We use secure payment systems (Stripe/PayPal) that guarantee the confidentiality of banking information.

Article 3: Delivery of Ebooks

Delivery is instant. Once payment is validated, the buyer receives a download link by email or via their customer account on the website. No physical shipment is made.

Article 4: No Right of Withdrawal (VERY IMPORTANT)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer’s express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By confirming your purchase, you agree to receive the ebook immediately and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. No refund will be issued once the download link has been sent.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

All ebooks sold by ÉDITIONS VANHOOK are protected by copyright. The purchase grants the right to personal and private use only. Any reproduction, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Article 6: Liability

The seller shall not be held liable for any technical problems related to the customer’s internet connection or the incompatibility of the reading device used.
