REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

ARTICLE 1: DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold on the ÉDITIONS VANHOOK website are digital content (Ebooks) delivered by download or online access. Due to the nature of these products, no physical return is possible.

ARTICLE 2: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMMEDIATE EXECUTION)

In accordance with European regulations and consumer law (Art. L221-28), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun after the consumer’s express prior consent.

By confirming your order, you accept the immediate delivery of your Ebook and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 3: REFUND CONDITIONS

Since access to the product is instant after purchase, no refund will be issued once the download link has been sent or used.

However, a refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Accidental double purchase of the same product.
• Major technical issue preventing access to the file (after assistance from our team).
